- Online help is part of the user-interface, and one that's totally ignored
- 99.9% of the time by developers, even on systems (Windows, OS/2) that
- support it as a standard and come with everything the user needs to
- use it.

- IMHO getting an online help standard is more important than the keyboard
- shortcut discussion (hey, how many different programs do you _really_
- use often enough to want the keyboard shortcuts... maybe 6 at most?) and
- the top-when-clicked/don't-top-when-clicked discussion, which are both
- stylistic concerns.
